CHECKLIST 3 – THE NOT YET DONES

Posted by: witchsbrew on: 10/6/09 4:28 PM

2 months and 6 days to go. Every time I take a look at my table calendar, I get into a little bit more of tiny panic. Actually, I’m not really sure what kinda panic. There’s a mess of things to be done. I’m lazy to do them and I know if I don’t do them myself (juz coz I want to) I can always pay to get them done.

And then there’s the venue problem. Yes. It’s kinda back. If you trace back my posts, you should be able to find out where we had kinda confirmed. The thing is up to now it’s still a tentative. Now we’ve been chasing and chasing and our nice coordinator has gone some kinda MIA. I mean she’s nice and all. She replies to our emails and calls but things are still undone.

Like I said, everything’s still a tentative (not to mention I’m still rather skeptical about the space issue). Things won’t seemed confirmed until we paid something right? Right? It’s like we’re dying to pay and they’re saying no to our money. Strange isn’t it?

Anyway, fate has it that after some misunderstanding, I’m back to visiting Raffles Town Club again. I heard there’s some court tussle but I hope they’re alright. I also hope tomorrow’s meeting would be a good one and they’ll take our money (and not run with it).

So what’s left on the list?
1. Get quotations for printing the invites.
2. Buy materials for all the craft projects.
3. Make cards.
4. Make bouquet and other stuff for the dear gals.
5. Find that perfect pair of earrings (ok I can actually skip this one – maybe)
6. Location, location, location we’re back to this and maybe this should be on top of the list.
7. Get the JP to sign the papers.
8. Get addresses from confirmed friends.
9. Ah! Chase the bridal shop for our photo album.
10. Decor for the cars. (what a bother)
11. Schedule/timeline for the day (do I really need this? can we go with the flow? ok maybe not)
12. ALL SORTS OF RENO STUFF!!!!

Alright that wasn’t alot of work left is there? I would like to slot in a trip to the Zoo in the middle or maybe juz before our Japan trip.
