I think we tend to contradict ourselves.

I have a chest pain every now and then, well this time it’s now. I’ve asked a doctor about it. He says I’m fine. People say maybe I should seek second opinion.

I realized however, if the doctor were to say I’m suffering some kind disease, especially one that would kill, I’m likely to be also asked to seek second opinion.

Either way, I would not believe whatever I’ve been told.

Maybe not contradiction. Disbelief. We seek the truth coz we do not trust rather than we want to know the truth.

I’ll see a doctor after my run.
